Stan’s unveiled the Dual Action Repair for Tubeless (DART) Tool in 2019, ushering in the first repair plug designed specifically for tubeless bicycle tires, rather than a scaled-down version of what was available in the automotive and motorcycle world. Subsequent refinements made way for the tool’s rerelease as the Original DART Tool in 2025, introducing a stainless steel insertion rod accompanied by an improved DART developed through the first tool’s lifespan. By using a flexible, laser-cut material, the DART conforms to nonuniform puncture shapes caused by the jagged and sharp edges of debris and obstacles found on trails, roads, and paths. Treated with a reactive solution, the DART bonds with liquid sealant on the inside of a tubeless tire to form both a chemical and mechanical seal to permanently bond a puncture too large for tubeless sealant to repair on its own. Complete with two DARTs, the tool weighs only 15-grams and fits comfortably in any small pack pocket. Stan’s NoTubes Sealant is a thin, low-viscosity liquid that coats the tire interior and seals punctures quickly. Two ounces of Stan's in a tubeless tire can repair punctures up to 1/4" to keep you rolling. Stan's Tire Sealant is formulated to stay liquid in tires for up to seven months. Arid conditions require more frequent monitoring of sealant levels, but anti-freezing agents in our special formula allow Stan's Tire Sealant to be used in temperatures as cold as -30° F. The Problem Solvers Presta Valve Extenders add 30 to 70mm of length to your tube or tire valve so that it protrudes far enough out of deep-section rims so that you can attach your pump. These lightweight, durable aluminum extenders are for use with Presta valves that have removable cores. The proper tool for removing the cores and installing the extenders is included.

Remove tyre and any old rim tape 2. Clean and degrease rim thoroughly, ensuring rim is completely dry before application 3. Starting two spokes behind the valve hole, press tape firmly into the centre of the rim and smooth out to the edges, removing any trapped air. 4. Run tape around the rim while keeping tape tension, finishing two spoke holes beyond the valve hole 5. Check for any trapped air underneath the rim tape - push air bubbles out to a spoke hole to remove 6. Cover the end of the tape with a strip of the finishing tape provided to prevent peel back 7. Use a small spike to pierce the tape in the centre of the valve hole 8. Remove dust cap, lock ring and o-ring then push valve stem through the valve hole 9. Re-apply the o-ring and apply lock ring tightly by hand, ensuring there are no air gaps 10. Refit tyre, add peaty’s tubeless sealant 11. Inflate tyre to desired pressure 12. RIDE!
