Please note: Shipping is limited to the billing address associated with card. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, or freight forwarding companies.

Free Shipping on orders over $99
Flat rate shipping of $12.99 for order not meeting the $99 minimum.
Additional Shipping fee
$19.99 shipping fee for bulky or heavy items 25 - 49.9 lbs and $49.99 fee for bulky or heavy items over 50 lbs.
Items shipping from multiple warehouses may incur additional fees.
In-Store Pick Up
In-store pickup is great way to shop with Pearland Bicycles and pick up at your convienence.

For In-Store Pickup: Most in-store items are ready the same day.
Please Note: Items coming from our warehouse or requiring special preparation, such as bicycles, may take 1-4 business days to be ready for pickup. We appreciate your patience and are here to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Parts, Accessories & Apparel
New, unused parts, accessories, and unworn apparel may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.Electronics
Electronics are eligible for exchange/store credit within 14 days of purchase.Please note - All electronics are powered up and tested before being sold or shipped.
Must be 100% new condition in original packaging
Opened or used electronics are not eligible
Bicycles & Tools
All sales are considered final unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.Return Conditions
Items must be in 100% new, resalable condition.
Original, undamaged packaging and documentation must be included.
Merchandise that appears used, installed, or altered will be refused.
Labor fees are non-refundable (example: custom wheel builds).
How to Start a Return
Visit us in the Store
Contact us by email or text message to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package. Items without an RMA will be refused.
Ship returns via a trackable method with proof of delivery (FedEx, UPS Ground, or insured USPS Priority Mail). COD shipments are not accepted.
Important Notes
Carefully inspect your items before removing tags, labels, or discarding packaging.
If you discover an error or problem with your purchase, please reach out to us right away so we can help.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Missing items may reduce or void the return
