Shipping & Return Policy
In-store pickup is available for all items, including bikes. (Use the "In-stock" filter to see items from our store inventory) We are not shipping products at this time.
New, unused parts, accessories, and apparel are accepted for return or exchange within 30-days of purchase.
All bicycles sales are considered final unless otherwise noted.
Please contact us via email or phone if you discover an error or problem with something you purchased from Pearland Bicycles.
We ask that all returns be in new resalable condition and include original undamaged packaging and documentation.
Carefully inspect items you purchase before removing any labels, tags, or discarding the original packaging.
Returns must have a return authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by email.
Ship returns via a trackable method with proof of signature such as Fedex or UPS Ground, or insured US Postal Priority Mail (we do not accept CODs).
Merchandise returned that appears used or installed will be refused. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
