Yep, we just re-read the spec sheet and still can't believe it either. The Rockhopper Elite is one helluva lot of bike. Air-sprung fork? Let me introduce you to your new friend, Judy. Discerning when it comes to your drivetrain? You'll find no fault—and no grade too steep—with a wide-range Shimano Deore 1x11 drivetrain. Why stop there? We didn't, in order to allow you the pleasure of stopping yourself with Shimano's eager-to-please and oh-so-capable MT200 hydraulic disc brakes. Each is impressive in their own right, but the magic really lies in how they all come together into a Rockhopper that serves up singletrack with a nice big side of "Whoah, so that's what a real bike feels like." - A heart of gold, presented in our lightweight yet durable Premium A1 Aluminum, the Rockhopper's butted aluminum frame features hydroformed top and downtubes in order to keep weight low and strength high, all while providing increased standover clearance, slick internal cable routing and dropper-post compatibility. - With the goal of making sure that the Rockhopper offers both the best fit and best performance for every person, no matter their measure, we've paired each Rockhopper frame size with the optimal wheel size. The result is a Rockhopper to fit every rider and the assurance that every Rockhopper is rolling on the best-handling wheel for its frame size. - Pair dead-reliable hubs from Formula with our 25-millimeter internal diameter, hookless Stout rims for a wheelset hat-trick: strong, light and durable.

A BIKE FOR THE WAY RIDERS RIDE Caledonia doesn't fit in a box nicely, and we like it that way. It was conceived on our Thursday night rides-routes that often play fast and loose with 'road ride.' As we tried to stuff bigger tires into our R5s and streamline our Asperos, a new kind of bike was born. When we design a bike, we start with our library of tube shapes. These shapes are tubes we've used on other models that we know to have various qualities-aerodynamic, stiff, ultralight, etc.-and they help get us to the refinement stage on a bike more quickly. In the case of Caledonia, we wanted durability, lightweight, and aerodynamics to be in balance and selected a package that achieved the performance demands of this kind of race bike. Caledonia uses a standard round bar, stem, and seat post, giving riders the option to build their ultimate ride without compromise. Integrated accessory mounts and hidden fender mounts keep the bike's refined lines so you can ride with lights and computers in a downpour and still look fast. Because we all know if it looks fast, it probably is. Rather than designing multiple versions of the bike with various fit profiles (R5, R-Series, etc.) like we've done in the past, we designed a system that enables a broad range of fits on a single bike while maintaining the aesthetic and functional cleanliness we demand. Modern road riders are looking for bikes to handle long-distance, high pace, no limits, and offer maximum fun. By placing lower modulus carbon in key areas to mitigate the brittleness of hi-mod fiber-the Caledonia delivers performance, comfort, and speed. Oh, and you can fit a 34mm tire in there. Or 31mm with fenders.

VERSATILITY AND PERFORMANCE: Just as capable of getting you to work or class, as it is checking off your local KOM or weekend group ride, racks and fender mounts ensure the Allez is versatile enough for whatever road you take it on. With tire clearance up to a beefy 35 mm (32 mm with Fenders), you’ll be ready for the roughest roads and even light gravel. If those roads get steep, Allez has a wide gearing range to keep you comfortably spinning so you can ride efficiently. †Alloy disc brake-equipped bikes in the same price range are available at retail. ††Based on production frame set weights. Actual weights may vary slightly. †††Some bikes are shown with an optional rack, fenders, and carbon wheels. - Smooth Shimano shifting with 50-34 chainrings up front and the 11-32 cassette in the rear gives you the versatility to keep up on dynamic group rides or tame the steepest climb on your commute. - 30 mm tires give you the flexibility to run lower pressures – smoothing out rough roads, and a bigger contact patch for more confidence on every ride. - Disc brakes with 160 mm rotors in the front and rear give you more stopping power and modulation in any weather. - A full carbon fork and E5 alloy frame with confidence-inspiring endurance road geometry put you in the perfect position for group rides or solo road adventures. Hidden fender and rack mounts mean Allez can also easily handle your commute to work year-round.

The Soloist. It's a name from deep in our history, but immediately familiar to anyone with bike racing memories extending back to the early-2000s. It was the weapon of choice for top World Tour contenders on CSC and the Cervelo Test Team, and we're bringing it back for a new generation. The new Soloist is designed for the week-in, week-out rider and racer who can only justify one high-performance bike. It balances light weight and aerodynamic advantages to deliver a bike that really is 'just right'. Soloist comes in a hair lighter than S5, but significantly more aerodynamic than R5, and borrows the threaded bottom bracket standard you find on the R5-CX. It's a race bike that can accommodate mechanical and electronic shifting, can hammer out the training miles in all weather, and yet still has the chops to leap off the front at that decisive moment. That's the Soloist.

The S5 prioritizes aerodynamic performance and stiffness, making it a platform preferred by the fastest sprinters in the world. You've no doubt noticed the now-iconic V-Stem. We optimized that shape to deliver the best possible performance in the wind, hid the cables inside, and made enough bar/stem/stack options to fit just about anyone. It'll clear 28mm tires, too so you can eke out even more aero advantage.

We created the all-new Allez Sprint by cannibalizing the Tarmac SL7. We tore the Tarmac apart, and rebuilt it from alloy with our Smartweld technology. We leveraged every innovation and insight learned during its development to create the all-new Allez Sprint. Whether chasing a National title or attacking your buddies 15 minutes into an "easy" Sunday spin, we won't be offended if you mistake the Allez for a Tarmac SL7. Some may call it a carbon copy, we call it the World's First Alloy Super Bike. - The Allez Sprint is the fastest alloy road bike in history, thanks to the time its sibling, the Tarmac SL7, spent in the wind. It's details like the most complex alloy head tube we've ever made and integrated cables that make it 41 seconds faster over 40km than the previous Allez Sprint. That's a hell of a facelift. With 41 seconds, you'd have a podium picture in your Insta feed, just saying. - Whether you're launching a sprint out of the final corner or attacking from the gun like a young Italian at the Giro, the Allez Sprint, with its one-piece bottom bracket and downtube, delivers the ruthless efficiency of alloy with unprecedented stability. By balancing power at the pedals with input at the bars, the Allez Sprint keeps you fast and confident on the limit. - Dive for the winning gap, bang elbows in the final meters, dissect the most technical descents, all without feeling like you've gone ten rounds with the heavyweight champ. Dropped seat stays, and the Tarmac SL7's carbon seat post and fork make the Allez Sprint supple in the saddle and precise at the bars—all with Tarmac SL7's World Championship-proven geometry. It's as comfy as it is beautiful. Well, almost. - One innovation over any other helps us deliver the new Allez Sprint's aerodynamics, power transfer, and handling—Smartweld. Making the fastest bikes in the world out of carbon wasn't hard enough. We hydroformed the bottom bracket and down tube from a single piece of alloy, built our most complex alloy head tube ever, and then put it all together with Smartweld. It's what makes the Allez Sprint the first alloy super bike.

The new Tarmac is designed to go fast—no ifs, ands, or buts about that. But, it represents so much more than just aerodynamic prowess. With a lightweight, Rider-First Engineered frame, it delivers the best-possible ride characteristics, no matter the size. So, no matter what you have planned for your new Tarmac, it's ready to help you achieve your goals: whether they're PRs, KOMs, or podium top-steps. One bike to rule them all. With the new SRAM Rival eTap AXS 12-speed group to bring wireless shifting to the masses, along with some fast-rolling tires in the Turbo Pro 700x26mm tires, this new Tarmac delivers performance at a more palatable price point. Aero is everything. We've been preaching it for years, and it's still the driving force for the new Tarmac. In our quest for tube shapes that deliver the fastest frame that the UCI rules allow, we took a page out of the Venge development book and utilized our FreeFoil Shape Library. Armed with a library of optimized shapes, we turned to the Win Tunnel to plug these shapes into a modular test bike for more testing and validation. The result? A new Tarmac Comp that's faster than before. In fact, it's 33 seconds faster over 40km than the Tarmac SL6. No compromises, just pure speed. - Building on the learnings from the Venge, the new Tarmac utilizes simple integration to create a clean, fast cockpit that's easy to live with. We've improved the routing for any configuration, mechanical shifting, traditional stems, round bars, etc., all while keeping its aerodynamic attributes. These same traits also make the new Tarmac easy to work on and easy to travel with. It's a win-win. - Continuing our quest to develop the perfect race bike, we used our Rider-First Engineered philosophy to ensure that the new Tarmac is the most balanced, best handling Tarmac yet, no matter the size. With an army of the world's best test riders from our three World Tour Teams, Boels-Dolmans, Deceuninck-Quick-Step, and Bora-Hansgrohe, we made changes to the Tarmac based on their thousands of kilometers on the road. We balanced the ride quality between the front and rear end, so even the longest days in the saddle continue to be comfortable, all without giving up anything to the Tarmac's legendary handling and race-winning snappiness. - While aerodynamics were paramount to the Tarmac's development and to the development of all of our race bikes, weight was the co-pilot on this optimal race bike journey. Previously aero bikes always compromised in the weight department—the more drag you reduced, the more weight you gained. With the new Tarmac, our design philosophy was to keep it at, or below, the UCI weight limit out of the box, with no sacrifices to aerodynamics. And, with the help of the FreeFoil Shape Library, tools like isotopic FEA analysis, and some engineering wizardry by the best engineers in the industry, we delivered a frame that weighs a mere 920 grams, without giving up a gram of aero, stiffness, or ride quality.

HAUL ASS, NOT CARGO A new breed of rider is emerging-one who loves the freedom and exploration that gravel culture was founded upon but who has a hunger to ride hard, to go all out, and to explore not just geography but personal limits. This frontier requires a new kind of gravel machine, one engineered not to roam the trails, but to race them. For these athletes, we engineered Aspero for pure, unapologetic speed, ready to take down finish lines, KOMs, PRs, and FKTs. A bike built without limits, for the riders looking to test them. It's stiff, Classics-racing stiff, and performs like you'd want a road bike to perform off-road. We think that makes sense, and it's what we were trying to do when we were stuffing bigger tires into our existing frames and swapping in aftermarket forks to get a 40mm tire up front. The flip-chip in the fork-we call it the Trail Mixer-keeps the trail measurement consistent whether you choose 700c or 650b tires. This maintains the bike's personality and handling characteristics when you switch from mid-fats to full-fat. There are as many different ways to do gravel as there are gravel bikes these days, but if you're toeing the start line, looking to stay with the lead group, and contend for the victory, Aspero is the bike to get you there.

The all-new Chisel has been purpose-built to tackle modern cross country trails and race courses with the utmost speed. In fact, it shares many of the same modern features as its Epic Hardtail sibling, but in a more budget-friendly package—making it the most efficient and capable alloy hardtail out there. And with this frame option, you can build your new Chisel exactly how you like. Top-end build for a durable XC shredder? Oh, yeah. Or maybe a budget-friendly one that you can upgrade later? Easy. The Chisel frame is the perfect canvas to start painting your new path to XC racing. - We asked ourselves, "How do we bring pro-level performance down to a price more riders can afford?" D'Aluisio Smartweld Technology, that's how. Smartweld allows us to create the most consistent, high-strength welds possible while taking full advantage of compliant, hydroformed alloy tubes. The result? One of the lightest alloy hardtail frames out there at 1,350g, which also features size-tuned stiffness. - The new Chisel also houses all of the modern features that you expect from an XC bike, like Progressive XC Geometry with a 68-degree headtube angle and longer reach, internal cable routing, a threaded bottom bracket, boost spacing, 30.9mm dropper post compatibility, and 1x-only drivetrains.

With seven wins at Paris-Roubaix, our Roubaix has proven that Smoother is Faster. Until this moment, however, smooth has admittedly come with some compromises. But not anymore. The all-new Roubaix Expert now delivers compliance without compromise by introducing a radical new Future Shock 1.5 that gives you more control on rough roads, a new Pave seatpost that creates our most balanced Roubaix to date, aerodynamics that equal the Tarmac, and a Rider-First Engineered frame that's shed some serious weight. Is it still comfortable? Sure, but don't call it a comfort bike, because performance was behind every engineering decision we made. This is the new Roubaix. This Roubaix Sport provides a tremendous value, but like the frame itself, this value doesn't come with any compromises. We spec'd it with Shimano's 105 11-speed groupset for its crisp shifts and powerful hydraulic disc brakes, as well as smooth and sturdy DT R470 Disc wheels, the all-new S-Works Pave seatpost, 28mm Turbo Pro tires, and our fan-favorite Power Sport saddle. - The new frame delivers compliance without compromise via the perfect balance of aerodynamics, light overall weight via a FACT 10r carbon construction, compliance, and Rider-First Engineering. With tube shapes that were born in our FreeFoil Shape Library and validated in the Win Tunnel, the new Roubaix is more aero than the Tarmac SL6. Meanwhile, to ensure the weight and ride quality, we turned to a Rider-First Engineered design to deliver optimal stiffness and compliance across all sizes, from 44 to 64cm. Of course, the frame has shed some serious weight in the process. And to prep you for your own Hell of the North, we've made room for 33mm tires. - To go along with the new frame, we've also developed a totally-new S-Works Pave seatpost. Not only is it the first compliant seatpost that's also aerodynamic, it does so without any additional weight or finicky contraptions. Starting with the same D-shape design found on the Tarmac, we took its compliance a step further by building additional flex into the upper and developing a new drop-clamp design in the frame. This provides plenty of compliance, while staying perfectly balanced with the front-end, so you get a smooth, balanced ride no matter how rough the road. - With 20mm of rough-road-taming travel, the Future Shock 1.5 not only delivers a smoother, more comfortable ride, but it also reduces fatigue and increases speed over harsh terrain. The new Smooth Boot, meanwhile, enhances the aesthetics to bring a clean transition from the head tube to the stem

Its improved kinematics make it the most efficient pedaling bike we've ever tested, while custom valved (and tuned) shocks soak up every bump. It's a wolf in wolf's clothing. If you're an XC racer or prioritize all-out speed in your ride, the Epic 8 is the bike for you. UNMATCHED CAPABILITY: The most capable 120mm bike on the planet. You'll be blown away by how Epic 8's progressive geometry delivers technical terrain capability alongside fast and efficient climbing and acceleration performance. The absurd lateral and torsional rigidity of the chassis translates to some seriously precision handling, too. WHAT BUMP?: Compared to the previous generation, the new Epic 8 absorbs 12% more bump and vibration forces than the previous generation, leaving you less fatigued and more powerful over time so you can still push while they suffer. RIDE DYNAMICS TUNED: The Specialized Ride Dynamics team developed custom valving for Epic 8's new shock. Our unique Ride Dynamics-prescribed damping characteristics holistically elevate the riding experience. By tuning the dampers alongside the chassis' leverage rates and new kinematics, we're able to deliver a bike that rides beyond the sum of its parts. BIOMECHANICAL EFFICIENCY: By optimizing the kinematics of the suspension, Specialized's Ride Dynamics team reduced inefficient pedal-induced bobbing by 20%, while maintaining active suspension for effective bump force management, to ensure you remain in the most efficient pedaling position. It's the most efficient pedaling suspension bike we've ever tested. MORE WITH LESS: With the Epic 8, we didn't spend a single extra gram to get mega capability from the frame. All models now feature SWAT 4.0 to carry all your trail essentials, and an integrated steering stop to prevent the ubiquitous top tube scar the first time you crash and your bars spin. In fact, the new S-Works Epic 8 frameset has even lost weight (76 grams to be exact) while gaining these new additions. - The most capable 120mm bike on the planet. 12% more bump absorption and 20% less pedal bob - Ride Dynamics developed SIDLuxe Select+ shock and SID Select+ fork - Custom tuned shock features 3 unique damper settings - Roval Control carbon wheels excel everywhere from world cup xc races to your favorite weekend trail - SRAM Level Bronze Stealth 4-Piston brakes feature trail-ready stopping power in a race-ready system - No-compromise GX Eagle AXS Transmission provides smooth shifting all day, specially under load - SWAT 4.0 in down tube to carry trail essentials

Let's get something clear, the Stumpjumper EVO Alloy isn't a "normal" trail bike. It's built to get gnarly, plain and simple. Featuring the same all-new design as its carbon brethren‚ including an adjustable head tube angle, 150mm of performance tuned travel, the adaptability of S-Sizing, and SWAT Door integration‚ in a lightweight yet tough M5 Alloy chassis, you're going to be able to bomb down trails that you thought you couldn't touch without a full-blown DH rig. - All the travel in the world is useless without the proper shock tuning and kinematics. For the new Stumpjumper EVO design, we prioritized kinematic performance. Applying lessons learned while developing the Enduro, then following that with more than 1,000 hours of field and suspension lab development, we've not only improved the pedaling performance of the Stumpjumper, but we've made it more capable, agile, and lively. We increased anti-squat, so the suspension better resists pedal bob, and we further improved bump performance on square-edge hits. Bottom line? This thing shreds trails, not legs. - The S-Sizing geometry of the new Stumpjumper EVO is our most progressive yet. Long, low, slack, short offset fork, steeper seat tube angle – these are requirements for modern progressive riding. But not everyone jibs the same way, which is why the geo on the new Stumpjumper EVO is fully adjustable with six different settings. You can adjust the BB height by 10mm, you can adjust your head angle by two degrees, and you can make these adjustments independently of each other. Finally, if you want to go full-party mullet-mode, the EVO lets you run a 27.5-inch rear wheel mated with a 29-inch front. - Rider-First Engineered frames use a size-specific approach to ride characteristics that ensures benchmark handling and flawless performance, regardless of frame or rider size. Whether you're a jump-happy grom riding an S1, or a DH-fiend giant in need of the lengthy S6, you'll experience the same ride traits – rail-sharp cornering and balanced front and rear stiffness – at the lightest-possible weight. - We introduced the SWAT door on the Stumpjumper in 2016, adding room IN your frame for those “oh sh**t” necessities like pumps and spare tubes, and immediately rendering jersey pockets redundant.

The new Tarmac is designed to go fast, there's no if's, and's, or but's about that—but it represents so much more than just aerodynamic prowess. With a light-weight, Rider-First Engineered frame, it delivers the best-possible ride characteristics, no matter the size. So no matter what you have planned for your new Tarmac, it's ready to help you achieve your goals—PRs, KOMs, or podium top-steps. One bike to rule them all. With a full Shimano Ultegra Di2 electronic groupset to keep shifts crisp and fast, and S-Works Turbo 700x26mm tires to keep you rolling fast, this new Tarmac delivers performance at a more palatable price point. - "Aero is everything"—we've been preaching it for years and it's still the driving force for the new Tarmac. In our quest for tube shapes that deliver the fastest frame that the UCI rules allow, we took a page out of the Venge development book and utilized our FreeFoil Shape Library. Armed with a library of optimized shapes, we turned to the Win Tunnel to plug these shapes into a modular test bike, for more testing and validation. The result? A new Tarmac Expert that's faster than before—33 seconds faster over 40km than the Tarmac SL6. No compromises, just pure speed. - Building on the learnings from the Venge, the new Tarmac utilizes simple integration to create a clean, fast cockpit that's easy to live with. We've improved the routing for any configuration—mechanical shifting, traditional stems, round bars, etc.—all while keeping its aerodynamic attributes. These same traits also make the new Tarmac easy to work on and easy to travel with. It's a win-win. - Continuing our quest to develop the perfect race bike, we used our Rider-First Engineered philosophy to ensure that the new Tarmac is the most balanced, best handling Tarmac yet—no matter the size. With an army of the world's best test riders from our three World Tour Teams—Boels-Dolmans, Deceuninck-Quick-Step, and Bora-hansgrohe—we made changes to the Tarmac based on their thousands of kilometers on the road. We balanced the ride quality between the front and rear end, so even the longest days in the saddle continue to be comfortable'all without giving up anything to the Tarmac's legendary handling and race-winning snappiness. - While aerodynamics were paramount to the Tarmac's development, and to the development of all of our race bikes, weight was the co-pilot on this optimal race bike journey. Previously "aero bikes" always compromised in the weight department—the more drag you reduced, the more weight you gained. With the new Tarmac, our design philosophy was to keep it at, or below, the UCI weight limit out of the box, with no sacrifices to aerodynamics. And with the help of the FreeFoil Shape Library, tools like isotopic FEA analysis, and some engineering wizardry by the best engineers in the industry, we delivered a frame that weighs a mere 920 grams, without giving up a gram of aero, stiffness or ride quality.

The lightest production road bike in the world, a bike built for the pure love of riding, the latest S-Works Aethos LTD is breaking the rules all over again. A celebration of Specialized heritage, only 300 of these individually numbered bikes will ever be made available worldwide. Each is unique with hand-dipped paint, and each is built with the all-new Campagnolo Super Record EPS group and Hyperon Wheels. The S-Works Aethos LTD with Campagnolo Super Record EPS raises the bar on what high-end road bike can be. Creating the lightest production road bike frame in the world - 585 grams - took every ounce of our 49 years of experience, so it’s a fitting canvas to celebrate the founding of Specialized. In 1973 it was a love of riding that inspired Mike Sinyard to sell his VW bus, pack up his bike, and go ride in Italy. It was on that trip that Mike fell in love with the quality, the beauty, and the ride of Italian components. He made it his mission to bring them to riders in the US, and Specialized Bicycle Components was born. Combining the Aethos with the pinnacle of Italian components pays homage to Mike’s love of riding and Italy’s riding culture. The S-Works Aethos frame has been designed with the perfect combination of ultimate ride quality, lightweight, and style — from accelerating up steep pitches and taking on technical descents to all-day saddle comfort on even the longest coffee rides, the Aethos hits the mark. By breaking all the ‘traditional’ manufacturing rules and reinventing the traditional tube shapes found on bikes of the past, we’ve subtly altered these shapes to deliver massive gains in stiffness and balance, all without affecting weight or durability. Pair that with an entirely new layup and process that does away with the need for extra stiffness layers, and you have the lightest frame out there (585 grams, S-Works, size 56 cm). A featherweight frame is useless without confidence-inspiring ride characteristics, which is why we’ve developed the S-Works Aethos to have the perfect balance of front and rear stiffness combined with exceptional ride quality. By studying the flexing and breathing of carbon fiber, we uncovered groundbreaking findings about how forces flow through a frame. With just a few pedal strokes, you’ll realize this sublime ride sets a new standard. Campagnolo has provided its all-new, top-of-the-range Super Record EPS group and Hyperon wheels for this limited edition Aethos. The new 2 x 12-speed group utilizes wireless shifting from the cockpit, new ergonomics, and new shifting logic for smooth, crisp, and fast shifting. A wider gear range and ultra-light Campagnolo Hyperon wheels are the perfect partners for Aethos’ unparalleled climbing ability.
